I had a super fun vegan dinner party at my place last night. I always overestimate the amount of food needed when I cook. I guess it's better than not having enough! The biggest hit at any dinner party I have are my homemade cinnamon rolls from scratch. I got the recipe off of veganyumyum.com and made my own modifications to make it a bit healthier. just a bit;) The rolls are made from scratch so you have to be patient and accurate with your measurements. I highly recommend making them instead of rolls with butter, eggs, and milk. You don't need to use those items to have a good cinnamon roll!
